Instructions for the Submission of Final Papers & Online Presentation Materials
Please notice that the extended deadline for revised paper and presentation submission is September 30th, 2007. Please take the referees remarks into account when preparing the final paper and the presentation of your submission.
Papers
Revised papers should be submitted in PDF format and formatted according to the Author Guidelines. Each paper should not exceed 10 pages in length. The submission should include: (i) the contact details of the correspondence author (Name, Address, Phone, Fax, email address, and homepage), and (ii) up to five keywords.

Best Paper Award: We would also like to remind you that all papers presented at the WSC12 conference will be automatically entered to the Best Paper competition. The award winner(s) will be announced at the end of the conference.

Presentations
Presentations are invited in either PDF or PowerPoint format. Please email your presentation to the WSC12 Web Chair, Yos Sunitiyoso (yos.sunitiyoso@gmail.com). If you would like to use a different format of presentation, please contact the WSC12 Web Chair.
It is recommended to submit an audio file accompanying the presentation file (in compressed MP3 format). The audio file should have a length of no more than 15 minutes, and will refer to the visual presentation (it is recommended to refer the slide numbers of the visual presentations). (Note: Microsoft XP users may find this information useful for recording the presentation. Or if you want to add voice narration to your Powerpoint slides click here).
If you are interested to attach other accompanying files related to the content of their presentation please contact the WSC12 Web Chair.
In addition, please send us a short biography (not more than 5 lines) of the author(s) and (optional) a photograph of the presenter.
Please email your presentation files to the WSC12 Web Chair, Yos Sunitiyoso (yos.sunitiyoso@gmail.com). All presentation files should not exceed 20MB.
All papers will be hosted on the WSC12 webpage during the conference. Audio-visual material will be available on the day of presentation. Participants will be able to post questions or feedback via an on-line message board system, which will be active during all conference days; presenters will be asked to response to the question/feedback. We will provide you with further details on the presentations scheduling before the conference starts.
