Registration
The WSC12 Conference is launched on Tuesday, October 16th. All participants (authors, session chairs and other attendees) need to register to the conference forum in order to enable active participation on the conference. Registered participants will be able to explore the forum, to read the paper abstracts, and to download papers and presentations as well as to ask questions or give comments.

On the registration page, you will need to input username, email address, password, and verification letters shown on the page. You will be asked to read and agree with the terms and conditions of forum usage. Then click eRegisterf. (Please note that your password will be stored in encrypted form, and not visible to anyone else. However, the system will send you an acknowledgment email with your password in plain text, so please be aware of this. You will be asked to activate your registration by clicking the activation link sent in the same email).
Upon registration you will be able to participate at any time during the conference by logging in using your username and password.
After logging in you will be able to customize your profile by clicking eProfilef and then you may input or modify your profile. We encourage you to input (at least) this information in your profile:
Account Related Settings
- Please add your full name on the eNamef field.
Forum Profile Information
- Please upload your photograph or link it with an URL of your photo in other website
- Please add your location
- Please add your institution/affiliation details on the eSignaturef field
Participation
To participate actively in the conference, you will need to login using your username and password. All the sessions are open to be explored. The content of each session is moderated locally by the session chair.
To ask questions or give comments, please click the topic and click eReplyf. You may then input your questions and click ePostf to send your question or comment to the forum.
You may also ask questions or give comments by creating a topic in the corresponding session. If you choose this way, please make sure that you put the ePaper ID Numberf or ePaper Titlef on the topic title to make it clear to which paper it is asked. For example, the title is eQuestion for Paper 99h.
The corresponding presenter/author is expected to response to the question or comment. In the event that you need to contact personally other members of the forum, including the organizers, you may also send personal message by clicking on the person name and click eSend this member a personal messagef.
Note: All the posted comments and questions shall adhere to netiquette, otherwise actions will be taken on the posted message, such as editing or deleting.
